These terms apply when you browse, place an order, request a store visit, or otherwise use www.vardhamanelectronics.com. By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you agree to these terms and the policies linked from this website.

1. Business Information

2. Product Information

We aim to provide accurate product names, photographs, descriptions, specifications, prices, and availability. Display colours and packaging may vary by device, production batch, or manufacturer update. Customers should review the model, dimensions, compatibility, features, warranty, and installation requirements before ordering.

3. Pricing and Availability

Prices are shown in Indian rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. An item appearing on the website does not guarantee availability. We may contact you if a product is unavailable, incorrectly priced, or cannot be supplied. No substitute will be provided without your agreement.

4. Order Acceptance

Submitting an order is a request to purchase. An order is accepted after its details, availability, delivery eligibility, and payment status have been verified. We may reject or cancel an order before dispatch when information is incomplete or incorrect, payment cannot be verified, the address is outside our service area, stock is unavailable, or fraud or misuse is reasonably suspected. Any captured payment for an order we cannot accept will be handled through the original payment method, subject to payment-provider processing times.

5. Payments

Available payment methods are presented during checkout and processed through the configured authorised payment provider. Never share your card PIN, CVV, UPI PIN, net-banking password, or one-time password with Vardhaman Electronics staff. An order may remain pending until payment is successfully confirmed.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We currently provide free local delivery within Bengaluru. Processing times, delivery estimates, address requirements, delays, damaged-delivery reporting, and other delivery conditions are described in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

7. Installation and Manufacturer Services

Delivery does not include installation. Where installation, demonstration, warranty service, or repair is offered by a manufacturer, it must be arranged separately under that manufacturer's terms and through its authorised service network.

8. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds

Cancellation requests made before dispatch are subject to verification and approval and are not guaranteed. Confirmed orders are otherwise final. Damaged or defective deliveries must be reported immediately and no later than 24 hours after delivery. Complete eligibility and resolution terms are stated in our Return & Refund Policy.

9. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate contact, payment, and Bengaluru delivery information; ensuring that an authorised person can receive the order; checking product suitability before ordering; and using products according to manufacturer instructions. You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, submit fraudulent information, or interfere with another person's use of the service.

10. Website and Intellectual Property

Website content, branding, layouts, text, graphics, and original media may not be copied, republished, or commercially exploited without permission, except where the content belongs to a product manufacturer or another identified rights holder.

11. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Vardhaman Electronics is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, third-party service interruption, manufacturer warranty decisions, or delay caused by events outside our reasonable control.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by applicable Indian law. Courts with jurisdiction in Bengaluru, Karnataka will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer rights or dispute-resolution forum available under applicable law.
